How cold does the cooler get, and how stable is it?+
The cooler holds a stable 2–8°C window with ±0.5°C accuracy, using silent semiconductor cooling instead of a compressor. The lid display shows the live internal temperature, so you can confirm the cold chain at a glance rather than trusting a kitchen fridge.
How long does the battery last away from mains power?+
The Standard runs up to 24 hours on a full charge and the XL up to 30 hours. Both recharge over USB-C and can run continuously from a power bank, a laptop, a mains plug or a 12V car socket, so the chain never breaks between the lab, the car and home.
What fits inside — vials, pens, or both?+
The Standard holds 8–10 standard 10ml vials or 2–4 injection pens laid flat. The XL holds 20–25 vials or 6–10 pens. The silicone insert keeps everything from rolling, and pens sit horizontally so nothing presses against the lid.
Which plug do I get — US, UK or EU?+
You choose your plug type at checkout: US (Type A), UK (Type G) or EU (Type C). Every unit is 110–240V, so it works worldwide with a simple travel adapter, and each box also includes the USB-C cable and 12V car adapter.
Can I take it on a plane?+
Yes. Both models are cabin-legal in size and can be carried in hand luggage. Charge it fully before you travel, or run it from a power bank in the air. Airlines generally allow the cooler itself; check the rules for whatever you are transporting inside it.
How fast do you ship, and what is the warranty?+
