Standard or XL — which should I pick?

Standard holds 8-10 × 10ml vials or 2-4 pens laid flat and fits a jacket pocket. XL holds 20-25 vials or 6-10 pens and suits longer trips or larger stock.

What warranty do I get?

Two years covering the cooling module, battery and display. If it fails inside that window we send a replacement unit rather than putting you in a repair queue.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes — 14 days from delivery on unused units in their original packaging. Damaged or faulty units are replaced or refunded regardless.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the interior and silicone insert with a damp cloth and let it dry fully before closing. Never submerge the unit or run it under a tap.
